From City Centre
From the Albert Dock on The Strand proceed towards North Liverpool. The Albert Dock should be on your left and you will see the Liver Building ahead of you (this is the building with the Liver Birds on top). Keep in the left hand lane continue straight ahead passed the Crown Plaza, Malmaison Hotel and multi storey car park. Take the slip road veering off to the left sign posted for the docks. At the mini roundabout turn left, then first left onto William Jessop Way. Turn left just past the entrance to the multi storey car park and just before the Malmaison Hotel. Follow the road round to the back of the Malmaison Hotel and at the end of the building turn right into apartment car park (you should now be at the back of the Crowne Plaza Hotel). The entrance to the apartments is signposted, if there is no one in the lobby to greet you please press apt 22 or alternatively please ring 0151 734 3675.
From Liverpool John Lennon Airport:
Exiting the airport you will come to a set of traffic lights at Speke Boulevard with Peoples Ford Garage in front of you on the opposite right hand side. Turn left at the lights and follow the signs for the City Centre for about 15 minutes until you come to the main crossroads in Aigburth, turn left into Jericho Lane and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout, continue straight along this road and you go through Otterspool Promenade and past the Albert Dock. The Albert Dock should be on your left and you will see the Liver Building ahead of you (this is the building with the Liver Birds on top). Keep in the left hand lane continue straight ahead past the Crown Plaza, Malmaison Hotel and multi storey car park. Take the slip road veering off to the left sign posted for the docks. From the M62:
At the exit from the M62 follow the signs for the City Centre you are now on Edge Lane continue along Edge Lane A5047 for approximately 1½ miles. At traffic lights turn right onto the B5340 (signposted Royal Liverpool Hospital, City Centre, Birkenhead, Wallasey). At traffic lights continue forward onto Erskine Street then bear left onto the A580 (one-way) then immediately keep in the left hand lanes and continue forward (signposted City Centre, Birkenhead, Wallasey). At the traffic lights turn right onto Commutation Row (signposted Pier Head) Cross flyover and continue along Dale Street and at the lights turn right onto George Dock Gates (A5036). Keep in the left hand lane and continue forward, following signs for the docks, past Crown Plaza, Malmaison and multi storey car park. Take the slip road veering off to the left sign posted for the docks. At the mini roundabout turn left, then first left onto William Jessop Way. From Lime Street Station:
A taxi will cost approximately £4 and will take about 5 minutes depending on the traffic.
Ask the driver to take you to the Malmaison Hotel, to access the apartments they will need to follow the road around the back of the hotel and at the end of the building turn right into apartment car park (you should now be at the back of the Crowne Plaza Hotel). The entrance to the apartments is signposted, if there is no one there to greet you please ring 0151 734 3675.

From City Centre:
From the Albert Dock on The Strand proceed towards South Liverpool. The Albert Dock should be on your right. At the first set of Traffic Lights continue onto Lower Parliament Street veering left. Continue on this same road for 1 ½ miles as it changes from Lower to Upper Parliament Street and then Smithdown Road. Take a right turn onto Greenbank Road. There is Tesco Metro store on the corner of Greenbank Road. Continue on Greenbank Road through one set of traffic Lights onto North Mossley Hill Road. After 30m take the first left onto Elmsley Road. Lyndhurst Road is the second right - an unadopted road. Erlscote is the large white fronted building half way down Lyndhurst Road and Lyndhurst House is next door.
From Liverpool John Lennon Airport:

After 100m veer left onto Springwood Avenue.and continue for 1 mile through 1 set of lights. At the end of Springwood take the right onto Mather Avenue. Continue along Mather Avenue for 1 mile until you see a large Tesco store on your left. At these lights turn left onto Rose Lane. Carry on Rose Lane until you pass Mossley Hill train station on a bridge. Immediately after the bridge turn right into Palmerston Road. Lyndhurst Road is the second road on the right. Erlscote is half way down and Lyndhurst House is next door.
From the M62:
At the exit from the M62 take the left slip road at The Rocket Pub before you come to the main traffic lights! You are now on Queens Drive. Join the main carriageway and carry on until you come to a large roundabout known as Childwall Fiveways. The pub at the roundabout is The Childwall Fiveways. Take the 3rd exit with the pub on your left (ie carry straight on Queens Drive). Carry on for approx 1 ½ miles passing through a set of lights and over a complicated roundabout. Continue along Queens Drive through the traffic lights for a further ¾ mile under a bridge and then at the next set of traffic lights take a left onto North Mossley Hill Road. After 30m take the first left onto Elmsley Road. Lyndhurst Road is the second right - an unadopted road. Keep in the right hand lane and Tower Building is just before the next main set of traffic lights and next to Reliance House. Turn right into Tower Gardens this is a no through narrow lane, the entrance to the car park is on your left.
