The above rates are subject to VAT at 17.5% for the first 28 consecutive days and 3.5% thereafter.

All reservations must be confirmed by credit or debit card.
Advance payment is required for all bookings. A deposit of minimum one night’s accommodation will be held against damages and/or breakages.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, a minimum of 14 days advance notice is required to avoid cancellation charges. N.B ANY CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF STAY.
